Make your New Year’s Resolution to install a new floor, from Alstonville Tiles & Floorcoverings!

The Alstonville Tiles & Floorcoverings, ‘NEW YEAR – NEW FLOOR!’ sales promotion, will from here afterwards be referred to as ‘the promotion’, throughout the following terms and conditions.
The Alstonville Tiles & Floorcoverings, ‘NEW YEAR – NEW FLOOR!’ the promotion, will begin at 7am on Monday the 12th of January 2026 and conclude at 12 noon on Saturday the 28th of February 2026.
All orders must be paid for in full, prior to the conclusion of the promotion, including those for account customers, in order to qualify.
If invoices are not paid in full by the close of business on Saturday the 28th of February 2026, then their pricing will revert to our normal Retail Price.
In order to take advantage of the added value benefits being offered as part of the promotion, such as Free Local Deliveries available for orders valued over $1000.00, the associated invoice and goods contained therein, must be:

1. Paid in full at the time of placing the order.
2. Delivered during the promotional period between the 12/01/2026 and the 28/02/2026, or as soon as possible thereafter.
3. Collected from the Alstonville Tiles & Floorcoverings Warehouse, no later than One (1) calendar month from the promotions end date, otherwise a weekly warehousing fee of $55.00/Week will be charged and must be paid, before the goods can be collected.

The promotion is subject to the availability of the products at the time, and no consideration will be given to extending the offer or waiting for out-of-stock products to become available at a later date, as prices are subject to change without notice.
The promotion excludes any made-to-order-product or products already marked at special or sale prices, remnant, discontinued, clearance, or second quality products.
Order cancellations or the return for refund of products purchased as part of the promotion, will not be considered under any circumstances.
It is the responsibility of the Customer to ensure enough goods are purchased to complete their project.
Plan take-offs are estimates only and no responsibility is accepted by Alstonville Tiles & Floorcoverings, its employees, or associates for the accuracy of these take-offs.
Alstonville Tiles & Floorcoverings cannot guarantee future supply of any product.
It is the responsibility of the Customer to check all goods on receipt. No claims will be investigated by Alstonville Tiles & Floorcoverings for shortages, batch variations, product quality or performance after 48 hours from delivery or collection, or if the product has been fixed (installed). – Installation indicates acceptance of all the above.

Any Installation requirements will be considered separately and on a POA basis only.

Alstonville Tiles & Floorcoverings does not warrant the installation of any product installed by a third party. If the installation is to be carried out by a third party, Installation instructions should be sourced from the product manufacturer.
