Our clients selected the colour Georgetown from Godfrey Hirst’s Regent 1200 range for their renovation, a beautiful choice for their tranquil rural home.

As their substrate was Particleboard, the installation of Hardboard underlay (Masonite) was required to meet Godfrey Hirst’s guidelines and the Australian Standards for the installation of resilient vinyl plank flooring. This step is crucial for any timber, particleboard or yellow-tongue substrates.

The decision to paint the risers on the staircase brightened and modernised their previously dark stairwell.
