Joe from Alstonville Tiles did a brilliant and careful job laying the vinyl planks. That extra time and expertise in getting the base flooring "just right" before the planks go in make all the difference to the end product. And Joe was meticulous in the actual laying of the boards, ensuring there weren't obvious repeats of patterns to draw the eye. I have been to every tile shop from Brisbane down to the Byron Bay area and I promise you that you will not get the perfect customer service that we have had with this tile store. Samantha is absolutely amazing. She provides 1 on 1 service, even though they are busy, she remembers what you are after. That is very important that they know what you're looking for. After listening to you properly, then she goes and brings in tiles that you wouldn't always see because they're hidden in most stores...truly, all of the staff were great.
